Kenneth DeGrant III

I am the broker and owner of High Point Realty & Auction.  I own several businesses here in Richmond KY. I have a beautiful wife who has supported me all the way in my endeavors.  We have a little girl together.  Everything I do I do for them and they have brought me so much joy.  I would not be where I am today if it weren't for them. I have been around the real estate industry for more than 8 years (5 years as an agent).  I love doing what I do and I look forward to helping anyone and everyone I can.  I currently manage over 150 properties and plan on adding quite a bit more.   I have sold several homes and have done several leases residential as well as commercial.  When I was getting my real estate brokers license I thought to myself what else could I do to help my clients.  Auctioning was the thing that popped into my mind. This has also added things that I could do to give back to my community like charity benefit auctions and estate sales.  I wanted to make sure that I could do absolutely everything in the real estate industry for my clients.

David Reichley

David joins the High Point Realty & Auction team with a Business Management degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and 20+ years of experience in ministry and being a Pastor. In addition to recently obtaining his Real Estate License, he stays busy as a Partner at Wise Builders Group, LLC, with flips, renovations, rentals, and property investment. Community and teamwork have always been words to describe his life; from sports teams, community groups, clubs, various jobs, to growing up in a family with 7 kids, the dynamics of life with others has always been a priority. This experience has always served him well as a Coach, Consultant, Sales Rep, Pastor, Project Manager, Entrepreneur, and now as a Real Estate Agent! But his best work and pride is found in his 25 year marriage to Courtney and their 4 growing kids Brennan, Logan, Eli, and Amelia.

Tom Curry

Auctioneer Only

My name is Tom Curry. I was born in Steubenville, Ohio and raised in the country near the small town of Jewett, Ohio. I graduated from Ohio University with a BBA degree and moved to the greater Cincinnati area and began what turned out to be a 49 year self employed career in the financial services industry. I earned a Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) degree and a Certified Financial Planning (CFP) degree. I married Helen in 1975 and have three wonderful daughters and seven grandchildren. In 1978 we moved to Kentucky and we now live on a small farm in California, Kentucky where we breed, raise, show, and sell American Quarter Horses. I serve in the community in many ways. I am and have been a long time leader in the Kentucky 4H Equine program, horse show announcer at the Kentucky State Fair and the Kentucky State 4H Horse Show, small group leader and nursery leader at Community Family Church, long time member of the American Quarter Horse Association and member and director of the Kentucky Quarter Horse Association. Building my faith in God has been my main accomplishment. He has placed so many people in my life to guide, direct, and teach me about the things he designed me to do. In January of 2023 I became licensed as a Kentucky Auctioneer. I have always loved auctions since the time that my grandfather used to take me to the livestock auction barn as a child. I truly enjoy the atmosphere, the challenge, and the people, and I am truly blessed to be a small part of the Highpoint Auction Team. I have a deep respect and admiration for all of them.
